19's on the xb
i also wanted to see if anybody else was as excited as me about getting their new scion???? I know the guys at the dealership must hate me by now because I go there everyday to see if it is in yet!
the stock tire size on the xB is 24" dia. That means you COULD run 23" wheels with a 1" sidewall ;-) It's more important that you match the WIDTH and OFFSET of the wheel regardless of height. 7.5 inch wide would be 32-40mm offset and 7" would be 25-40 (The lower the better looking). The stock offset is 38mm.
I called my dealer a couple times a week. I think I caused the original salesman to quit. I'm pretty sure they had a restraining order on me for a while too.

:D HEY DONT FEEL BAD I WAS THE SAME WAY WITH MY SCION...BUT I FINALLY GOT IT.....MY HOT LAVA XB.......IM SO HAPPY MAN THAT ____ IS TIGHT........THE BAD THING IS I GOT TO WAIT A WEEK 4 MY RIMS AND MY COLD AIR INTAKE...LATE
I currently am running 225/35/19 on 19 x7.5 +42 no rubbing it is close in rear to trailing arm but 24000 miles later no problems. In the front you will need to trim plastic inner fender liner and you will still possably have a little rubbing on lock to lock turns. As far as offset on a wheel this large i went for a little tuck room,
i can load my xb up for a road trip and no rubbing in rear at all heck it even tucks'em
I hope this helps enjoy your xb.

i just got a lava and its on 19's with no probs. its lowered with eibach's and running 215/3519 nitto's. the wheels are motegi ff7 with a 45mm offset. The rear i wanted to do a little better so i added a 15mm h&r spacer to push the wheels out to match teh fronts. MY lava also has teh willwoods on it. you can see some of the pics in the nor-cal forums from the tracy meet.
Oh man, that Hot Lava is just the sickest. I'm looking at some 20x7.5 with a 42mm offset and 225/35 nitto tires for it. I gues i'll need to look into airbagging it to get it that low though....
