Default Air Suspension Install Price: xB

I'm shopping around for an install shop and I'm wondering what a reasonable price for the air bags/air managment install on my car would be? How much did everyone pay for the install for those of you who are riding on air?

yeah lots not do that.

I paid a lil over $1000 for all my stuff, but no more than $1300 probably.

I'm running the Easystreet strut bags up front and firestone 2500lbs in the rear with FBI brackets.

My brother and I and 2 friends helped us out a lot too install it, so that didn't cost a penny.

I am actually still waiting for my easystreet kit to get here, but my rear end and all the wiring and plumbing is done. All I gotta do is take the strut out and put in the front.

I'll get pics once its done.

the easystreet kit cost more than $1500! you better check pricing again! I installed my kit my self. i bought some xtra stuff so i could hide everything, and i bought a DC5000 compressor because the Viar 380 is slow as ____ filling 4 gallons!

i would reccomend easystreet to anyone interested in bags! they have the best customer service you'll ever find! sure, you might find a kit cheaper, but what happens when you blow a bag, or a vlave locks up, and you need a replacement?!?!?! Easystreet has a new desighn for the rear bags, and they are sending them to me for free! and sending me extra valves! So i went ahead and bought an xtra front air strut from them just to have one for long raod trips.

on another note.....installation isn't that bad! if you don't plan on installing it, i wouldn't even buy a kit! you need to know how air ride works, and what does what, and how to fix what ever breaks when it does! and everyone with air has had some kind of problem no matter what they say! you should always keep xtra parts like line, fittings, tools, bags, compressor, anything you would need to fix your set up in the middle of Oklahoma with no one around for hundreds of miles!

(I say all that and i'm the one rolling around with no spare tire....LOL)

Easystreets product and service was crap in my opinion. They were nice enough make me pay 40 bucks to ship each strut that locked up (within a day of install no less) back to them only to send me another defective product.

My ViAir 380 fills my 5 gallon tank from 120 to 180 PSI in less than 2 minutes... Thats not poopie for how small of a compressor it is...

Astro- installing air wasnt the hardest thing Ive ever done at all but keep in mind Ive done some more serious mechanical work in my past.
