Default Anyone have Tein SS coilovers?

I'm curious as to see how many people have the Tein SS Coilovers for their car. I just ordered a set but all I see in the forum are xBs with basic coilovers. Either way, could I see some pictures of xBs with Tein Basic/SS coilovers. I heard that the drop on them wasn't too extreme but could still tuck the tires. Thanks for the input -Rich

I bet you'll be super happy with them. Am curious too, to see who else runs on the SS's

The cost and the -KISS- factor induced me to go with the Basics. If money were not a factor then I would've gotten what you are getting. So feel good.

Are you talking price wise or height wise? I just installed mine today and my car is practically SLAMMED. The springs havent even settled yet but let me tell you this, the dampening is simply the sweetest part about the Super Streets. Changing between the settings is simple and the difference is like night and day. My opinion so far...

I would also like how the Tein basic perform on the xB. I also notice the HKS C Compact would fit on the xB. I have to make a decision between these two. I am more concern about the handle ability, i don't want too stiff . Most likely daily driving. Anyone can post pic of their xBs with these two coilovers

I will post up pictures once I get around to washing my car. I just put on my coilovers yesterday and I didnt have time to wash my car.
The install took me 6 hours but I took my time to prevent making any scratches or blemishes on the coilovers and it was my first coilover install in 90 degree weather. It was quite an experience but well worth it. Also, I did do a spring install with the Tein S-techs but that only took about 2 hours with the help of a friend. Doing a coilover install all by yourself is sort of hard considering that you only have two hands.
I can vouch for the adjustable dampening on the Super Streets cause the difference is like night and day. Right now I have mine set at 4 (1 being the stiffest, 16 being the softest). They recommend 8 but 8 is what my S-tech sprigns used to feel like. I like my ride stiff so I can drive like the maniac I am. Now i have to wait for the coilovers to be "broken-in" or the springs to settle but I am fully satisfied with my Tein SS Coilovers. The only thing i dont like is using those meat hooks they give you to adjust the height. It's sort of something you have to get used to but I dont intend on changing my height that much anyway.
Those are my $.02, hopefully I'll be able to wash my car and get you some pics soon.
