Wow, Precision Muffler worked quick!! I ordered One Ton Garage spacer shims several days ago and they arrived today!! All the way to NC from CA already!!

Not a mod that makes a SUBSTANTIAL difference, but it gets rid of the negative offset eye sore the rear axle had.

Nice, I've been waiting to see how this would look.

What size spacing are those? I've been meaning to pick up a set because I hate the hidden wheels look. Ahh, do you know if the fronts are in less than the rears, or could I just buy a set of 4 spacers and not have to worry about them being different ? Should I make them different? I hope you undertsand what I'm trying to say. Glad to see what this mod looks like finally. ANy healp would be appreciated.

Pretty funny that you edit your images to hide the license plate, yet show the box for the shims with what appears to be your address on the front, easy to read.

The rear is offset 10mm from the front axles. These spacers are 10mm. They move the rear out to where the front wheels are.

Ok cool, thank you!

So you said you had some rubbing with the 10 mm spacers, right? I read another post. Were the spacers available in say, 5-7 mm? I also noticed it might have been your tire width. When you get that worked out fill me in as to which it was. Maybe this weeknd I will just go pick some 10 mm spacers up, I plan on running stock wheels with some beauty rings so I might ot have that prob.

Does 10 mm on front and 20 mm rear spacer be a bad idea? Would to much wheel be hanging out of the fender? I'll give it a shot. Based on what someone replies. Maybe i'll buy all sizes and see what goes on. I'll definatley post pictures of all setups.

Is there an engineering problem I might want to avoid by have 10 mm front and 20 mm rear spacers?

If anyone can help out, that would be neat.

Thanks,
-Brian!

Just shims right now. These bolt onto the back of the drum. I may buy some 5mm spacers as well so the rear will stick out a lil further than the front.

I haven't ever had any rub. With or without the shims.

You'll have problems with a 20mm rim spacer. The lug bolts are only 25mm or so long.

I saw a spacer kit in the Sponsored Sales section for $200 shipped (set of 4) that are 25mm, and solve the problem with the lug bolts. Let me find it......
