What are the lightest rims on the market?

These have to be up there, 14lbs, but damned they look kooky, and I'd be scared of breaking them.

greendog you don't mention what size wheels you're talking about, it makes a bit of a difference, since smaller diameter wheels weigh less!
I have a set of SSR Competitions for my MR2. the fronts at 17x7.5 weigh 13.8lbs, the rears at 17x8.5 weigh about 14.5 lbs. They were really nice for driving on the street (the car is dead now, and I'm selling the wheels off, hence the "were").

TireRack recently had 16x7's listed for the xA, at 10.9 lbs.
But, SSR folded earlier this year, so there are no new rims coming. TireRack is just selling out their inventory, and then they're gone
The 16x7's that were listed last month are gone now. (of course. Once I get my xA the wheels I want disappear).
Volk TE-37's are awesome wheels too, fully forged, super lightweight. I also have a set of these for my MR2 for autocross rims. they're as light as the SSRs, but they're $400-450 apiece. I also need to sell those! (so I can pay off my Scion).
I've been researching wheels for my xA, and it looks like the Volk Gram Lights are almost all cast, thus not particularly light, except for the -F wheels which are forged. They seem to only be available in 17" or greater sizes. So if you want really light, don't get the non -F model Gram Lights.
TireRack also sells Weds Sport TC-005 wheels, these are Japanese racing rims that are also really light - but $400+ each of course :/
It also looks like 5Zigen wheels might be mostly forged and nice and light too. Haven't looked into them much yet.
Basically, if you want a light wheel, you need to buy a strong wheel (or it will fold up like tin foil on you). Light + Strong = $$$$$$$$$
