Default what size spacers to get????

I have 16x7 rims and I want to get some spacers for the back, the offset on the wheels is 40mm. What would be the best size spacer to get so the wheels are more flush with the fender line. I am also about to lower it on Tanabe df-210s soon, please take that into account when making a recomendation. thanks in advance for any input.

Yeah the OTG's are the way to go. If you pay attension to detail they make a big difference. my friend lance has them on his xB and they really help the look to me.

If you have a body kit how would you measure to find the right size in millimeters to get the rims flush with the fenders?

If you want rim spacers, it depends on the thicknes of the pad of the wheel. Some wheels you can have 5 mm spacers, where some can only run 3 mm spacers w/ the factory studs.

The OTG rear shims can be run regardles as they mount inbetween the hub and axle.

Some say no to an alignment, but I always get an alignment when ever I make suspension, wheel, or tire changes. Better to pay $60 for an alignment, than over $200+ for tires again later. But that's just me and I tend to err on the side of caution.

Especially when Bridgestone S-03s are $200 each!

Im sure Van makes a good product, but that is not enough spacing for 40mm wheels. im 16x7.5 with 40 offset and went 25 mm spacer, and could even go more probably.

heres the sponsored sales i got from:
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...=81930&start=0

theyre an awesome product. thats what i would do if i were you personally.

I would personally go 16x8 up front and 16x9 in back.

Get OTG shims for the rear and some 5mm spacers all around... it will look nice.

Mine with that setup (rear)
