Which look better My old 17"s or my new 18"s **PIC
ok heres the deal i met a guy last night who wanted a pair of scion rims. he had 18"s and i had my stock 17"s. he said we could just make an even trade, my rims for his rims. so we changed them out in the parking lot of my job (got paid to change a couple rims
) well here are the pics so let me know what u think

The original rims you had looked much better... these look like cheap-o dime-a-dozen rims. Sure you gained an extra inch, but at what cost to the overall look of quality?
I'm normally against painted rims, but what you did with your stock ones (powdercoating or painting) looked great and VERY professionally done. I'd have stuck with those.

18's look better. But i wouldnt trade in the stock rims. I would just get a new set with new tires and keep the stock ones for safety. Me living in chicago i would switch them during the winter. But you live in florida. But you cant escape potholes. If you're gonna do that. You better of ust selling them online and getting money off them and buying rims you really really want.
well these are actually the type of rims i really want. and the whole wheel gap thing.....yea i know i need to drop it. not sure which springs to go with now that i have 18"s though. anyone have opinions?
eh well if i want the stock ones back ill just sell the current ones. i mean i basically got them free and im sure i can sell them for more than my stock ones. i think it will look a lot better when i drop it. Oh and thanks for all the comments about the stock rims cuz i did them myself so that makes me feel good about it
heh yea i think i made out with the better end of the deal. he wanted my rims though so whatever. i also got lug locks out of it because the lugs for the tc didnt fit in the new rims holes so yea.
