Only appears to be one real source for this wheel, Air Dynamic Racing in Escondido, CA. There is also a small informational web site for volutionracing.com which lists the products which they sell under this brand. But the addresses for Air Dynamic Racing and Volutionracing are the same.

There also seems to be a relatively new seller on eBay, "everyboy wins auction"..

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2472146669

The deal seems to be the similar except the eBay seller price is higher at $575 plus $120 for shipping, which also seems high. He appears to just be a reseller??? Most of his past history indicates that he was mainly a buyer from other eBay sellers.

Otherwise, has anyone had any experience with these wheels or Air Dynamic Racing? The price is very attractive since it includes mounting, balancing and stems. The only comment I was able to find was from 2002 when someone on a Honda thread said they had a lot of trouble dealing with and getting a refund from a Mike at that shop.

Nice price, not much more than it would cost to just replace the stock tires!

Well curiosity finally got the best of me, so I called them up to get some details. Here's what I found.

42 mm offset. 18-20 pounds. Package comes with Kumho 711 tires.

When I asked about a larger 215-45-17 tire (to accomodate east coast roads), he could only offer me the Ventus by Hankook (didn't catch the model number), but the price increase was $120--which seemed rather high for an upgrade to a slightly larger size. But in his defense he is switching over to a more expensive tire brand. Unfortunately they don't include free shipping with their wheel-tire package. So that would tack on another $120 to ship it out to the east coast.

So a so, so price (hope you like all these so's) for the basic package if you live on the west coast and they adjust the shipping cost and don't mind an unknown brand of wheels. But not a good deal if you require an upgrade and they tack on their high shipping costs.
