Default Spacer quality...What am I looking for???

Ok...I ordered the rims and now I know that I am going to need spacers in the rear for it to sit nice. My rims are 17x7, w/ 38mm offset running on 20/40/17 nankangs. People are telling me to go with a 15mm spacer. The recommended H&R spacer is on backorder for at least a month. When shopping aroung on the web what dimensions and quality am I looking for? I know that I will also need longer studs, but what size? My box has got to be right before I roll out on the new wheels.

Eibach just started selling hubcentric spacers too. Don't think they're offering toyota fitments yet, but it's worth checking.
