Default Spacers?

I just had my 2" spy spring installed by my dealer. I have 18x 7.5 wheels with 215/35/18 tires. I left, with my radio loud, but when I muted it to talk to the gaurd at the gate of my work I heard this squeal. I took it back to the dealer and they said that I needed spacers on the back, and that I couldn't drive the car. (they gave me a pos auto echo to drive, in place of my pimp boxcar) What gets me is the lady said the went to "test drive" it, and they didn't say anything to me about it. And when the went to "Test Drive" it they broke one of my lights

Anyway back to the springs, should I need spacers for this set up :?: :?: :?: also the back looks alot lower than the front :?: Any Ideas

I know that its not the springs rubbing, and that its the wheels, but the lowness caused it. I need a 5mm spacer. the offset is 45.
