Default TRD Shocks

Does anyone know if the TRD shocks are shorter then stock? I can't seem to find any stats / data on them. These seem to be the only after-market shocks and struts for the xB. I'm looking for shorter shocks to hold some short springs in the rear that pop out when the car is jacked up. Any info on the TRD or other shocks for the xB would be great. Thanks.

www.scioned.com has koni or kyb shocks. don't know the stats on them but i'm sure they have a shorter stroke than stock. on the website they have it in a kit. i will try to call tomorrow for price of just shock/strut. i will need the same since i have g.c. c/o too. hope we can find something.

Yup I saw that yesterday. I wonder if they sell the shocks separately from the springs. Let me know what you find out. I hope they are not too much $. The set is listed at $749 and the springs alone are $219, so doing a little math seems like it could be like $530. Could be even more since we would not be buying then in a set. But, $530 plus the $420 for the GC is about the same price as a quality set of coilover. Depending on the quality of the shocks/struts might be worth it. I got to imagine that a good, less expensive option is going to come out really soon.
