i have a silver xb and i am thinking about getting it two toned. but i was wondering what color would be a good color to go with my silver part. i am going to be painting the top half of the xb. i am open to any ideas everyone has but i want it to look good when it is on the box. if you have any pics of you 2 tone xbs i would be greatful.

black onyx pearl.

 

black sand pearl is the color. the black would look sweet, its what popped to mind initially...

i think the black on top would look ok, im at work or else i could photoshop it. you could always stray from the straight 2-tone and do a custom design. youll find a paintjob more rewarding when you design it yourself

 

The nice thing about the thunder cloud is any color will work with it. I painted tangelo orange over silver on mine then changed it to purple and silver when I saw another orange and silver 2 tone.
Black sand would look sweet, but I think my choice would be blue onyx pearl with some flake added to the color to match the flake in the silver.

 

I am a HUGE fan of the maroon/silver combo. Go with BCP up top or that new Salsa Red Mica they are comming out with.

 

I want to have mine done with Hot Lava! Or mabey a smoother/lighter orange.....

thanks for all your input, i dont know if a light color then a drastic color change would be my best bet or just go with a lighter or slight dark shade of silver. i am not for sure yet but i just want to get an idea. i like the black maroon and light grey color

 

Try using Photo shop ... u can experiment with all types of colors

i dont have photo shop on my computer i just recently got a new laptop. where would be the best place to get photo shop

 

Either buy Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 (just released). Or go to http://www.gimp.org and download their editing software. It is free, but you might have to train yourself to use it. I have heard people speak very highly of it considering it is a free program.
