so I am running 215-35-18's right now with Tanabe NF210 lowering springs. the ride is rough on somewhat bumpy roads. I am going to a 17" rim this week and being that 205-40-17's are so abundant (and cheap) will that be a better ride than the 18" I am running now? or should I pay the difference and go with a 215-40-17?

any suggestions? personal experiences like what I am doing?

pay the difference. better a little money now than going throught he same problem again. btw, i'm using 215/45 tires and have no problems.
