I took delivery of my 2006 Salsa Red xB this morning at Reno Scion. Good people to deal with.

Very happy with how it looks and am very, very glad I waited for the radio controls on the steering wheel. Much to early to give any rewiew other than that, but then again other than that there isn't anything different from any other 2006 xB.

I too have a "newer" 06 xb but in Shadow Mica. There are a few minor differences from the previous versions of the xB (radio controls, updated fabric, center console change)...see these posts:

I'm old and old school on the PICS. By the time I take them, get them developed, and learn how to post them here there will be a lot of others that will post their digitals.

it's all ok... just kinda seemed like an odd post to NOT have pics -- although everyone should know by now what Salsa Red looks like anyway -- so no biggee I suppose. The color comes on every Toyota model under the sun. They shoulda went with a truer red as on a Solara or Celica IMO though (if they didn't feel like on using an original color). I'm sure it looks good though. - something I'd know nothing about... one of mine is hideous orange and the other is plain vanilla bland white.

 

Hey now that the salsa red is out maybe someone will want to by my seats, door panels , and trunk... I cant have a factory color that they offer so no more RED for me Im change it next month.
