Default Anyone heard of Primax or american Racing?

Has anyone tried or heard anything about Primax wheels or American Racing Wheels? They make wheels with 35mm offset and design isn't bad (not as exciting as others, though). These wheels are in-expensive. I want to hear people's opinion before buying those.

I used to sell those wheels when I worked at Pep Boys. I also owned a set of American Racing wheels. They are not the lightest wheels out there, but are a good value. If you find a style that you like and a price that like....get it. And also try this website: http://www.wheelmax.com/Specials/specials.html.

I used to have Primax and I just got em for the style, obviously not for quality. They are just the basic wheels for real low prices you can get from anywhere like pep boys or autozone if they sell wheels. Normally they are on display at a good pep boys so you could go and get pick out a set real quick and pay nothing.

American racing makes OEM wheel for the american and japanese market as well as aftermarket rims. I have a set of Motegi rims, which is their sister company, that is made in the same place. They are located iin Rancho dominguez. Their products are pretty good. They are not the best in the world but they work. If you want better quality wheels you should look into forged spun wheels. They are the strongest you can get but they generally cost more.

ICW Rims are made by Primax Wheels. My 18 inch ICW looks like Tenzo-R Shu4 but cost less.

I'm happy with my rims and that's what counts not what others think of it.

Here's a pic...

Yes i will be with Motegi. But not directly in their booth. I will be one of thier feature cars from the outside of the main halls. I am in no way putting down their products just wished that they had forged spun wheels which is thinner and lighter. I think that their products are great. The wheels that i have is one of the lightest and strongest wheels i ever had. I have hit several pot holes and my rims were not bent at all. I am currently runn 35 series tires. Again i am in no way putting them down just stating that forged spun wheels are stronger.

Roger, I used your car for my wallpaper. I have the same color and am looking for similar rims, maybe some Axis mesh. Anyways, here's the paper.
