Got my old wheels painted today and I feel they turned out better than expected. They were white powdercoated and had to strip them down to bare metal first. I don't know what was harder. Let Me know what y'all think. Thanks!

I think they look outstanding, but isn't the paint going to crack & shatter when they stick that pry bar inbetween the rim & the tire when mounting ?
I hope not, that would be alot of hard work down the drain

Thanks for all the kind words. They look awsome in the sunlight. I can't wait but gonna wait a couple weeks for the paint to cure real good before I try to mount the new Kumhos on them.

Nope cause they use the touchless mounting and alot of lube. The only part of the wheel that gets touched during the mounting is the underneath of the upper lip. The piece that does touch is hard plastic. They got screwed up while taking off the tires originally because it wasn't set up right. The clear has hardner in it so I sould be safe.

PS I'm also losing the red drums and calipers for something darker. Any suggestions for the colors of those pieces are welcomed.

I thought about doing that but didn't want the wheels blending in too much with the tires. I almost polished the lip but didn't like the look for these wheels considering there isn't much lip. Thanks!

Thanks for the props. Will post up picks when all the mods are done and the wheels are mounted
BTW I've done several showcar paint jobs in a garage with great results. Spaybooths are over rated in my opinion.
