its a through the metal bolt that allows you to bolt a lineon both sides
these are mounted right under where the rear deck that use to be there locks in
i think it looks cleaner than a hole with line going through the floor

thanks for the link, i think that is a lot better than cutting a hole and running a line thru because it probably seals the outside off from inside the cabin a lot better. I'll have to get some of those

true but the bulk heads im using and the lines im making are hydraulic style
so you can wrench down on them bad boys
the ones on suicidedoors is still the press fit style
i dont like too many points in the line either i just felt this would look clean and stay tight

depends, i think it's better than just running the line thru the a cut hole ... it could rub against the metal and over time could rupture you know. For temporary i'm going to just run 1 3/8" line thru the floor for the rear, i think i'm going to use some type of rubber gromet and cut out enough room for the line to squeeze through. The line will be going to a T fitting that should be stationairy so the line shouldn't move. Once i get my front struts and i have to run 2 lines outside i'm going to get the bulkheads.

8 valves = 4 lines to run outside the car

bulkhead= $7.00x4=$28.00....or grommets at $0.25 a peice

the bulkheads do look nice though but you could just as easily hide the hole where the airline exits....

i like the idea of the bulkhead because of it's permanence - though you're on track w/grommets, but if you keep em long they can wear out (if you keep em long enough)

also agreed on the more leaks w/more fittings - im not much into the many fittings i have, that are probably causing all the small leaks i have too...

that's true man, so what do you do as far as gromets? Drill like a 1/2" hole, pop in a 1/2" gromet and cut out enough room to fit the 3/8" air line through it? Is this the way to do it? thx, i'm looking for tips man i just need to run 1 line out for now, 3/8" for Scion Exposed 2.0 next weekend
