Default Helix Projector / Front Bumper Issue

I have a set of Helix dual projectors. When I installed them, the bumper did not seem to fit correctly. After reading up on it, I found out it is because the tabs that hold the bumper on the sides near the fender are not formed properly. I waited too long to take off the bumper to take a look and see if I could rig something or shave the tabs down and they eventually broke off from the head light. Now I have the problem of the bumper sagging where the tabs would normally hold it in place and there is a gap between my bumper and fenders. I hate it. I really like the projectors and don't want to go back to stock, but this sagging bumper is killing me. Does anyone share this problem and maybe have a solution to it? I was thinking about cutting and bending a metal bracket that I could secure to a structure inside of the engine compartment and bend it so that it goes where the tabs used to be so that the bumper has something to clip into. I was even thinking of fabricating something that would clamp the bumper to the fender that could be undone if I ever needed to take the bumper off again. Any suggestions (not comments!) would help. Thanks.

i broke my tabs off intetionally..... they dont do that much..... yeah mine has a gap on the bottom corner but it is not noticable..... i would reccomend doing what i am... switch to the anzo single projectors like zeareux from Deep South Scions has..... they are way better quality than the helix dual projects that you and i have now and they dont get condensation in them..... also i find a non projected high beam is way more efficient than a projected high beam.... it gives you a more periferal view than the focused projector high beams.
