NEW PAINT






I KNOW everyone does 2tone.. but i love the way it looks and i broke it up with a hand painted blue pinstripe....

some new paint, might do the two tone thing.

 

Looking very nice so far! I would do 2tone also if I could find someone that could do an expert job and not rip me off too bad! Looking forward to the finished pics!

 

cost me 600.00 woulda been 900 if i wanted jams painted.. but i couldnt come up with that loot.. so i just did basic exterior..

2 Tone is the way to go its so clean looking.

 

i want to get my box painted but everywhere around here says that a "quality job" would run me over 4k! for only 600, how good is the workmanship/ quality? from what i've heard from shops around here it must be a crappy job, but from what i've read here on SL it seems like the shops near me are drastically over charging.

 

naw my friend owns the shop.. .. its kinda weird situation.. i paid him cash money and bought him a 500.00 subwoofer for his home at my cost.. to it worked out nicly! it woulda been 2k to do.. but we worked out a str8 deal.. its good to have friends!!! plus if u go to his site ull see a red truck.. its my brothers.. hes there best customer. his truck has over 25k into it and the number climbs every winter! so yeah.. theres the breakdown

just curious.. why are the handles masked?

 

clear coat.. after they cleared it they put em back in to rub i guess... there just wet sanding and rubbing now.. should have pics later!
