Default Help me find out if it fits, wire wheels

A long time ago there was a scion wall paper that said the unconventional is in town. It had a scion xb on wire wheels. After a long time of searching O found these.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/17-FW...3045QQtcZphoto

This wallpaper has disapeared and i cant find it.

i have noknowledge of wheel sizing, what i need as far as back spacing, tires.

The seller said of course it will fit but i want to be sure.
Also any reccomendations as to a low cost low profile tire to wrap the rim in would help

Thanks

There was another member on here who had some trouble getting true knock off wires to fit. He never really said what he did to make it work, but I have a feeling a grinder was involved. There was a conflict between the adapters and the brakes on the xB. My bet is took a grinder to his calipers until his wheels would seat.

Bottom line? Don't count on these bolting right up without modification.

How do you size it

215/35-18

obviously 18 is the rim diameter but where did the 215 and 35 come from

and what units are they measured in thanks
