found a great wheel/tire size visual calculator
Check this out:

You put the stock setup on the left side (wheel & tire), and the modified setup you want on the right side, then scroll down and it tells you how much it sticks out (or in) relative to the stock setup. Plus it has all the different tire sizes, etc.
