Got my new rims/tires! Pics inside!
Thanks for all the compliments!!
Not sure right now. Got so many ideas from the JDM Theory show, I don't know where to start. :D
Yeah, took some detective work, but they got them. :D
The 8.5's are okay in the rear for now because i have no type of spacer. I rode 4 deep with no problems. If I drop the front some more, I would probably rub the fender. I'm pretty sure you can run a 205, but these 215's are pretty stretched IMO. Kind of scary, cuz there isn't a whole lot of sidewall due to the stretch.
Thanks again for the compliments!

How do they make them tires seat on rims that wide? Does the tire shop make you sign a waiver releasing them from any liability? It doesn't look safe to me.
Thanks again for the comments!!
Supposedly, the 215/40/17's max wheel width is 8.5. Didn't sign any kind of waiver. It never crossed my mind that it wouldn't be safe. They probably just use extra lube when they stretch out the tire onto the wheel.
