Default Light scratch removal

I recently got some RH Evolution T-10 wheels, they were used with some light rash around the lip but overall in great condition. I don't need show quality wheels but I would like to clean these up a bit. I have done well with some mothers, and few other wax items, my question is this, I know they sell touch up paint for cars, how posible is it to use this touch up on a few of these minor scratches? Like I said it's almost not worth it, but I figure I have the time right now so if I can get these a little nicer then why not...

If someone has done this somewhat "getto" fix, a suggestion on which color might be pretty close would be cool. I figure I can always try a spot inside first just to get an idea.

Another thought would be.. does anyone have any suggestions in or around the Cleveland area that might be able to paint these and about how much does that usually run?
