Very nice ^^ It seems like you dropped the rear all the way down! I hope to ride doesn't suffer as much~

M-Flo............The rears are almost all the way down. But you would be surprised how little of an amount of threads are left when setting to the Tein "recommended" height. It's not a lot. The ride however, I don't have anything to compare it to other than my stock struts and shocks with S. Tech Springs. And compared to that set up the ride is much better. Firmer but in a good controled way not a harsh way. If that makes sense.

peace

next step Progress rear sway bar. Should be here tues or wed

thanks a lot, i should've just look into your profile for more pictures...i'm still not familiar w/ this forum.

can you tell us what offsets are your 17x7 sportmax wheels, i know you have 5mm spacers f/r and rear spacer shims.

thanks,
benjamin

bww1980-

Offset on those wheels is -42. I get just a slight rub if I'm really pushing it throught a corner that has mid-apex bumps and on those "surprise" dips, just in the front though no rubs in the back at all. I used to have enkei's with a -30 offset those rubbed like crazy on the front (bumps, u-turns etc.) and I wasn't as low as I am now either with NO spacers or rear shims.

Anything else let me know.

Peace!!

pitman,

have you had alignment done? how are your front camber specs? i want to go as low as you, but am worrying about the front camber. i know the rear is adjustable, and i don't see that you have any camber bolts installed in the front.

thanks again,
benjamin

bww1980...

Had the toe adjusted but as you know the front camber/caster is not adjustable on the car and the rear is completly static. Unless you get camber adjustment top mounts, all you can adjust is the toe. The toe was not far off in the front where you run into problems is on the rear. the toe get pretty out of wack on you start going too low. OTG makes the camber shims http://onetongarage.com/products/rea...him/index.html and they correct for the toe-in but they ADD neg camber to the set up. Either way when you lower these cars your gonna have tire wear issues, That's why I buy Kuhmo's there good tires and realitively cheap.

Peace!!
