The black tape has already been removed. THe black you see are the CF Appliques.

give it a few days, it will settle more. i have the same ones and they kick ****. better ride and better handling, NICE RIDE!

how's the ride on 18s? is it too harsh? bumpy? have you scrape going over a speed bump or anything like that? im leaning to toward to get these too?

I have not had any rubbing issues. THe drop and wheels work together flawlessly!
