Default Cusco and Easystreet.

Well, I have done THE most cheapest mod to mate the two peices together. So, for those that have gone out and fabbed new upper mounts and "made them" work, or used a socket drilled out to make a shim, Forget it. Take the nut to a machine shop and have them retap it out to a 1/2 inch thread. Cost me a whole $12. Now I set the plates to -4 degrees and the wheels are straight.
Hey Easystreet! you really need to fix this problem with your front struts. Should anyone that buys your stuff NEED to spend another $300 to fix your problem?! I don't think so, but I still can't get the look I want because of it. I want another degree or two dialed in I can't get yet. Oh yeah, I still have the infamous rattles. They won't go away. Maybe this product isn't that good after all. Beware before you buy.
Anyway, for those that haven't tried, go for it.

I was the first person who tried the socket shim and I know couple of other people who got the plates from me on this board is running them. Mine is still hoding up since December of 04, but I sell the plates with copper shims now so goes for bothe metric and Std. Personally I rather keep my Cusco nut if by any chance I want to use coil overs or another metric setup but that is me, but its always cool to come up with new ways.
By the way the plates are way cheaper than $300.

I'll just order new ones if need be. And yes, the right side rattles more than left. Can't get them any tighter.
