Without going into details, I had a concern with the Hotchkis front strut on my xB. I contacted Wes Nielsen at Hotchkis and arranged to meet with him this morning at their offices in Santa Fe Springs. I met with John Whatley, Sales/Tech, and in no time Wes had installed a brand new RED strut on my xB. While they were installing it, John Hotchkis arrived and spoke briefly with me and was most supportive. My experience with the Hotchkis team was impressive and most satisfactory. It may have helped that John Whatley was once a college student of mine. And no, I did not remember him, he remembered me. Small world isn't it. Thanks Hotchkis for a job well done.
