My New hood is not lining up at all

I just got a Bbist dual vented silver carbon fiber hood from Nilo @ Scion Sport Tuning, it is not fitting right at all!! Can someone help me and tell me what I need to do to adjust this thing!

pics would help, you can usually adjust it where the hood attachs or my friend even adjusted his fenders in some...

yea number one where...but the main place to adjust it is by the 4 little black *****. Twist them up and down...

Same deal I did when I got my hood replaced.
