Default Just installed new ebay projectors/tails - pics (die 56k!)

ok so I just finished installing my new tails and headlights. Sorry, it's extremely bright outside today in SoCal so there's a bit of glare...

Now I just need to get some silverstars for the front turn indicators and some LED's for the back turn indicators/backup lights and I'll be all set.

Yeah, I have heard of people having problems like that but luckily these have 2 easily removable caps on the top of each side that vent the lights if they do fog.

Hopefully there won't be problems!

Cool, I'll have to check that tutorial out if I have problems.

Matt - It was actually easier than I expected. The tails took about a half hour to install (the bulk of which was messing with the elusive top bolt which is a pain in the ___ to remove). The headlights took about 2 hours; 30 minutes to remove the bumper (would have been less had I known that the bumper was super snug near the outside corners of the headlights), 30 minutes to remove both lights and put the new ones in, 30 minutes to put everything back together and clean up/wipe everything down a bit, and 30 minutes to splice the halos into my driving lights.

Pretty painless, I'm really happy with it.

edit: sorry about the huge pics. I used a friend's digital camera and was unfamiliar with it

Just to clarify, those are the Sonar headlights, correct? (if so, they say Sonar on the lower part of the lens.) I have the Sonars in black, and am happy as can be. There have been a few problems with them, but fortunately I have not had them.

Here is one unhappy customer of the Sonars:

Keep in mind, the Sonars are not the three LED ones.

Yep, you are correct Max - Sonar headlights and Sonar tails as well. Most people I see here with the Sonar tails have the ones with the red lens on the top part though. I have yet to see anyone else post pics with the same ones I got.

I like how the tails resemble the stock tails. Nice!

These lights are pretty new, but there have been several people on SL with them, including myself. Fitment is great, but a couple people have had aim issues, and one, maybe two have had fogging issues. I have had neither.
