I'll call TYC tomorrow and get the lowdown on the pricing. i should have done it at the SEMA show but I was exhausted!!!! Let you guys know tomorrow.

 

we have some of those lights in stock at el cajon....steve from bbist brought them by a few weeks ago. I'm not sure of the price, but I like them. I wouldn't mind tossing them on my car.

CALLED TYC ABOUT THE LIGHTS ON THE MOTEGI CAR AND THEY SAID THAT IT IS ONLY FOR TOYOTA CORP...NOT THE PUBLIC

 

that's the dumbest marketing ploy i've heard..."only for Toyota corp" ... hello? wat the hell are they gonna do with it? y not sell it to the market while it's hot... cuz u know other SEMA company is gonna come out with other designs and put this one out of style...time is of essence...for the national rollout of the scions...don't they care about us californians? We have power...we pulled Gray Davis out ...don't mess with us!

 

YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE SCION DEALERS IF YOU WANT THESE LIGHTS, LOOK IN THE OPTION BOOK FROM THE DEALER IT SAYS JAN RELEASE.

 

yeah, I guess toyota and tyc had an agreement to not sell them until after SEMA, or something like that.

Sorry it took so long, I should have told you yesterday. Great meeting you Bruce. I talked to TYC and they are also doing the unexplained! They only sell them to Toyota so the only way to get them is through the dealership. It's the same way as the Hotchkis strut bar. AEM said the after the first of the year, we can sell the cold air intake but not till the first. Sorry for the bad news.

 

Damn I must be the only one who thinks those look horrid.
