air suspension newb questions
so I'm new to the air ride world and I have some questions:
1) how many ports on the air tank should I go with and why
2) do most people use a 100% duty compressor or 33%?
3) would 150psi compressor be fine or should I go with the 200psi one?
4) I'm going to piece my air ride together, any reccomendations where to get good parts at good prices?
I think that's it so far. please enlighten me to the world of air ride. and yes I did read threads pertaining to this topic but still had questions.

It all depends on how you put together your entire system. Different tanks are good for different reasons. You can get just about anything to work for any application, but some tanks work better than others depending on the circumstance. It is easier to choose a tank after you determine all of the other equipment you want to use.
2) do most people use a 100% duty compressor or 33%?
Most people tend to use 100% just because they do not understand how compressors really work. They just see 100% and "know" that 100% has to be better than 33%. Just like before it all depends on how you plan to use your air suspension. You need to choose the compressor that is right for you based on your application and how it will be used. Don't just go buy a Viair 450 because that is what everyone else uses.
3) would 150psi compressor be fine or should I go with the 200psi one?
Again, it is all about application. (You seeing a trend yet?
) Seriously though, you only need to hit 200 psi if you have a heavy vehicle that needs the extra pressure to clear big wheels and tires or you want to try and hop. For the most part in an xB 150 psi is plenty.
4) I'm going to piece my air ride together, any reccomendations where to get good parts at good prices?
There are very few online stores I can recommend without reservation. Here is the list though...
