So i have recently begun to wonder, why exactly do some poeple want neg front and rear camber, is theresome sort of benefit to it other than "vip looks?"
Im not sure what others will say after this post but I have negative camber to make my wheels fit into the fender wells, my fenders needed to be rolled and camber was needed in order to tuck my wheels when I drop my car (im on the airrunner air susp.) otherwise I would crush my fenders and my car would sit onto of my wheels and I wouldnt be able to get as low. This is the main reason why vip style rides add neg. camber, it makes deep dish wide wheels fit on vehicles that were not orginally designed to have such wide wheels. The look is just an added benifit, imo camber doesent work unless you have very wide wheels and looks out of place with tuner style wheels. I hope this answers your ? And befor its asked, yes it does wear tires faster and uneavenly as the contact area of the tire is changed due to the camber, but the end result is worth it if your looking for a truely aggressive stance.
