need help!
I don't know of anyone that makes them. However, you can do it yourself, or have a paint and body shop do it. Just buy the billet grill you like (I prefer B-Cool Billets for the xB) and then have it prepped and painted the color of your choice. Prepping is usually pretty easy. Just scuff the grill so that there is a texture there for the paint to adhere to. The just use a typical primer - base coat - clear coat method to paint.
If you want something more durable, contact a local powder coating company. Just be aware that if you are trying to match a specific paint color it can be difficult with powder coating.

try checking out one ton garage. they sell noblesse body kits and they have a black chrome grill that goes with the kit. you can purchase the grill separately. i think its nice. might just buy one later on.
