see that is the one problem I have with the website for building... its not really up to date with pics of everything... i thought I was getting the ones like yours.. but instead i am getting these..... The thing is.... i am going to try to get them to switch them..... I have yet to see a pic of what the car looks like with these rims on them.

 

Haha... I have those exact wheels... got 'em off Ebay. I also painted mine using Duplicolor Graphite color:








I love 'em because they are very rare... I think they came on some of the first xB's.

 

Interesting... I just did the "Build a Scion" using a NC zip code. Sure enough, the Enkei 15's are available for $675. I think I paid $150 shipped for mine used on Ebay.

 

I like those..If I wanted 15s to save money on tires I'd definatley look into those. If I got new wheels though, I'd probably get 16s because I hear the stock tires suck, but $150 for rims makes me think twice!

 

The stock Potenzas aren't *too* bad, but they do have their handling limits.

The Falkens I now have on my car are far superior. Nary a squeal in turns that would induce crazy amounts of on-power push.

 

I thought only the tC had Potenzas?

 

My xA came with the Potenzas. It's a toss up, really... some came with Eagles, others with Potenzas.

 

Which are better?

 

I'll go out on a limb and say the Potenzas probably are, as far as grip goes.

Guess I got lucky for a change. Every XA I looked at (eight) had the Goodyears except the one I bought.

 

I want some rims too for my Silver Bullet. I do not want higher rim than 16. I want chrome plated ones and I thought of getting something like this. But I might go to local customize wheel shop first.

These are what I'm kind of looking for...




By the way, my xA also came with Bridgestones too.

 

I would pass on those rims. Last time I was at the local Toyota dealer, I picked one of those up and they wieghed as much as my 17 inch Enkei's.
