Default Cheap strut bars

What's the deal with those cheap ($11) , aluminum strut bars on ebay. Are they as good as the +$100 bars? Is there a weight/performance trade off? Anyone buy one of those cheapies?

They are strictly for looks only....they will not help at all....they are so weak...they will flex easily...I would rather have nothing there instead of one of those things

my buddy has one...it will look like crap when it gets there, you'll have to do work to it to make it look decent. Paint or polish.
