05 TCM Xb. no mods yet. gonna be redding out the trailights tommrow and removing the emblems. im really aiming towards a bl;ack rim with silver lip. 18x7.5 40mm offset. looking to spend around 12-1500.

Your budget for rims only right, or with tires? If with tires, 1500 will get you basically any rim-tire package off the internet right now. Scion Evolution has great hookups with Axis. Axis has that new five spoke in black with a polished lip. It looks pretty sweet.
