Default Broken DF210

I put these things on my b 2 years ago. Almost immediately after installing them, I noticed the paint was starting to peel and come off. Fast forward to last week. I noticed the LF tire rubbing the fender liner on right turns. The car is very unbalanced. I check the tire to fender gap and the driver's side is about 1/2" lower. I just inspected the suspension and have concluded that the spring rusted where the paint came off and developed a fatigue crack somewhere in one of the coils.

Has anyone else had this happen? I like these springs, and if it's just one of those rare things, I'll buy another set. Or if anyone has any suggestions, maybe something the same but less bouncy?

I thought they have a 3 year warranty on them. You might have gotten a bad spring.

I say have them replace the whole set to keep things right. Springs should last almost indefinetly. Call customer service and see what they will do for ya.

Yeah take these off immediately and use your warranty on the springs. Right now, you have a pretty dangerous situation with your springs and should have it replaced right away.

I am noticing something similar, I've had my springs for about 2 years, and the left rear is sagging, so I put it in the air and inspected to find the coating is missing from a small portion of the spring and its rusted. After inspecting all the other springs there is some cracking on the paint but none of the others are missing any paint or are extremely rusted. On another note, who do we contact about customer support?
