Default xB on LSD

alright i know the xB already has stability control and traction control, but i was thinking that maybe a limited slip differential could complement things a bit for the xB. I know Quaife makes a helical lsd for other toyota applications, does anyone know if any of those applications are a compatible match for the xB?

The JDM spec Toyota Vitz Turbo RS comes with LSD. Since they use the same motor's I'm assuming that the LSD should work with our xBs. The tranny probably works as well...I would assume that it would just be a 5 speed but it's probably geared a little better and should be able to handle more of horsies than what the stock xB transmission can handle.

although a LSD is a great mod for almost any car it will not be worth the money until forced induction is put on a car. most people can't justify the cost of the part plus the install for just having an intake and/or exhaust. shops charge a lot to work and break down a tranny.

so the cost comes in through the labor? The part runs about $800, but maybe for someone who does a serious build up the part and labor cost may be worth it?

same engine, but not sure how much the transmission would play into making sure something like this fits...
