sounds like they're just replacing the bushings it will increase vibrations in the car but they are stiffer.

With our small motors I don't see a real need for this. At least not till the stock mounts wear out. JMO

Why!!! Dont waste all that time and energy just to transfer vibration into your car. WAIT for just alittle while longer and INGALLS will pull some great parts off for you xa/xb guys

At first you will have more vibrations but 5-7K miles later the urethane softens a bit and its very comfortable.

If the rubber softens up then its not working like it should right? If you notice less vibration that means slop is back!

imho... i can't image our cars pushing out so much torque that we need solid mounts.

^^^ good point but torque gets multiplyed in the driveline. An engine torgue dampner is the most cost effective way of doing it. With a dampner you have no down time.

Its urethane, not a rubber. Yes, it does loosen a tad but the response is still good when flooring it. When filled with 94a urethane it feels like a solid mount.

Tried this mod on my Scion TC for both lower mount after they got loose.
Car vibrates like crazy.
I'll repost something if it get better with how long it took to improve.
Dont recomend the mod at the moment.
Maybe the engine dampener mod is beter.
