Default Which Coilovers?

i'm looking at either the tanabe S-OC Pro or the Tein basics...which ones? And most importantly which one will hold up to lots of canyon driving?

Go with Tanabe, they have a better adjustable spring rate. I have some Tanabes in my Miata. When I use to own a RX8...I had JIC's but they are really stiff even if you set them to the softest dampening. Teins are really bad because over time, they freeze on you. Meaning that if you were to go over a bump, the car doesnt absorb it. So basically, think about driving a car only on struts without springs. Tein doesnt carry warranty on their products unlike JIC and Tanabe. If you have a problem, they will be gladly to take care of it for you.

Thats my 0.2 cents

Yeah cus my family owns a restaurant. Its a stereotype chinese thing. Koreans own dry cleaners and markets where viet people own nail shops and etc lol. I can post a pic of my old RX8. I traded it for an S-class then i had to trade the S-CLass for the XB cus im gonna move out and all. I went to get approved for a house loan so we'll see how it works out. My credit is really good for someone my age, but thats because I've had help from working at my restaurant. Hey you gonna start somewhere hehe. Enjoy the eye candy

My friend got into a small accident with my miata because he was getting gas and someone backed right into my car with a f"in trailer hitch. Good thing the guy has insurance cus there was no damage to his car but my car....they are rewarding me somewhere form $1500-2200.

My F'd up Miata, but it will be fixed soon. ts just my personal drift car that saves a lot on gas compared to the RX8 which is ___ since theres so much TSBs for the car and maintenance even though warranty covers it but i dont have the time to go in all the time for that
