Default coilover question

can someone please tell me the benefit of getting coilovers versus just getting lowering springs?

Do coilovers replace the front struts entirely? What about the rear, do u still use the existing rear shocks?

Is the main advantage to coilovers adjustable ride height? Or is there something huge I'm missing. Thanks for the info!

They replace the front assemblies completely, and the rears as well.

Thanks so much, u just answered pretty much all my questions. Seems coilovers are the way to go instead of all new shocks/struts and springs.
