Default Need help please- 0 offset or 40 offest, 15s or 18s!?!??!

Hey guys Im stuck between 2 sets of wheels and need some help. The wheels I would really like are these sportmax I believe they are. Only problem is that they are a 0 offset. I have stock suspension and fenders and I would like to know what it looks like with a 0 offset and stock everything else. Also the problems that I may have with a 0 offset? These are the red 15x8.0 ones that are in the pic below.

My other and main choice is the Axis Decade with the matrix lip. These though would be 18x8.0 and a 40 offset. If you guys can please let me know the issues I may have with the sportmax ones since they are a 0 offset verse these axis wheels. I would prefer the 15s to keep a nice 'stock' ride and gas mileage equilivence, yet the axis are only 21lbs.

Thank you much for the help and also which one you'd prefer. I also most likely will be putting airbags on the car and slamming it, only for when the car is parked though (keep that in mind).

Thanks again
-G.

IMO, I'd get those 18" Decades, they look friggin' SWEET...
Out here in the midwest, a couple of xBs have those 15" red wheels...BORING...
