Default Sportmax 002 Silver 15x7, +38mm offset on Xb. Pics anyone?

Hello all.

I ready to buy my wheels. I was wondering if anyone can post photos of a Xb with Sportmax 002 15 x 7 +38mm wheels.

Bigwheels.net says that they are +38mm offset, but I've read that they come with ZERO offset. It's this the same?

I'm plannig to stretch my stock tires for a while. Everything else is stock. Will they rub?

Maybe a picture will show how my box will look like.

Thanks!

the 15 x 8 is 0 offset. 15 x 7 is +38mm offset. I'm rolling on the 15 x 8 zeros all around right now but decided to go with 15 x 7 on the fronts and 15 x 8 on the rears to have a staggered look. 15 x 8 zeros are definitely going to rub, you need to roll your rear fenders to cure it a bit. I'll post pics tomorrow. Good luck.

Hey stick_1NZ

Thanks for your comment.

So you are saying that 15 x 7 will NOT rub. And because they are +38mm so they will look more or less as the box looks now?

I just got a 10mm OTG shims to make the rear look flushed with the front.

I was thinking also to get 2 different offsets, but someone here made the comment of tire rotation, so that's why I will use the shims instead.

I'm will keep everything else stock. At least for a while.

Thanks!

The 15x7 in a +38 will not rub . . . I assure you of this. The 15x8 in a 0 offset will surely rub.

Any pictures? I'd also like to see the Sportmax 002 in the 15x7 on an xB.

I was thinking of doing the same thing. But then I saw your pictures. It looks like two different wheels.Maybe if the center was silver it would be ok...

Thanks for the pics stick, but I agree with macadaegs, they look like 2 different wheels. I already ordered my wheels, but I went Motegi MR7, 15x6.5 +35mm offset.

I already installed OTG shims in the rear of the car and I should get them this weekend. I've got a great deal at Discount Tires. I will run the stock tires on them.

I will post pics as soon as I get the wheels installed.
