Default xA drop with no body kit??

Ok so.. Lots of questions here.

I live in Pennsylvania, so we have some snow storms here. I want to lower my car, but dont want to make a snow plow out of it. I also have no plans to put on a body kit.... So what is a good option to improve the stance but not have the stock bodywork pushing through the snow and banging on the concrete in the summer? I also dont want to sacrifice my ride quality of the stock ride height and the monroes. So... What is my best bet? Money is an object, but not a huge deal. Thank ya!

the xA has about two feet of ground clearance from the factory. Get some TEIN S-Techs for about $125 and call it a day...

ride is still fine for me i'd still like it a little stiffer but thats gonna happpen when i change out the shocks and struts. the handling is improved very much so. body is reduced by quite a bit.

its actually 6 inches of clearance and i know have about 5 so it really inst that much compared to many other cars on the road. i don't have to worry about bottoming out and such on steep inclines either. the xb is actually higher the only thing that makes it look lower in most cases is the factory lip kit.

I was just playing around when I said 2 feet. Of course it doesnt have that much. I drive my xB around with about 1.5" of ground clearance. That is a pain though. Slam the xA and then drive the hell out of it. Cars cant be too low!

For year round duty in PA stick with something like the TRDs or the H-techs. Your xA will thank you. I run Hotchkis springs (1.6 inches of drop) in the nice months but need to put stockers on for trips up north in the wintertime.
