Default wheeel spacers

I have a set of 17" wheels. Not sure of the offset
with 205/45/17 tires on them.
I'm goint to need a set of spacers.
can someone tell me the biggest in inches I can use without extended stud bolts?
And will I need the same size for the front?
Everthing seems to be a little too close to the suspension components.

Regards

check everything lock to lock while the front end is up in the air. if nothing touches, you dont need spacers... even if the clearance is minimal

With the rear tires on the ground, There is less than an 1/8th inch tbetween the tire and rear cross member.
Should I have at least 1/4 inch?

Mine has that amount of clearance...its just fine.

Stock was around 7/16~1/2" It either rubs or it doesn't.

My 17x7/42 offset with 215/45's does not rub. Stock height xB. Looking at rear OTG just for looks only now.
