TEIN H-Tech vs EIBACH Pro-Kit vs TEIN S-Tech?!
If I understand it correctly, this is how much the springs drop the box:
TEIN H-Tech: approx. 1" drop all around
TEIN S-Tech: approx. 1.6" drop all around
EIBACH Pro-Kit: approx. 1.75" drop all around
Now as I understand it, the H-Techs have better than stock ride quality. These are the cushiest rides, and there is some body roll.
People have told me the S-Techs have almost the same ride quality as stock, no body roll.
How do the EIBACHs fit in? I don't know what their spring rates are. Can anyone please clear this up for me, so I can go out and get my new springs?

the S-techs for the xB are 1.7 in the front and 1.5 in the rear. Goldline makes nice springs that are 2" all around. If you want the S-Techs I have one pair left in stock for $145 shipped. I also have goldlines. You should do a search on them, they are great if you want that big of a drop.

We have an xB on the eibach pro kit thats 1" drop all around, the sportline kit will drop it 1.5-1.75"
We have another on Tein S tech's.
The ride on both is about identical. Slightly stiffer than stock, less body roll. No complaints from either.

I just installed the Tein S on my box yesterday, I gotta say the ride is better than stock. The roads around my house are pretty washboard, and would almost bounce you out of the seat. Now the bumps are there, but much more subdued.
I really wasn't looking to soften the ride, I am trying to control the body roll during cornering, and I think I have it under control now. I really haven't pushed the car to hard yet, but it corners much flatter.
Tomorrow on my way home from work, I'll really be able to see how much better it is.
Plus the drop really gives the car a more planted look. Of course now I have to watch the concrete barriers in parking lots. Walmart's parking lot got me this morning when I was busy talking to the wife and not paying attention. Guess it time to get some touch up paint.
