Do I need fender modification???
Hi, I know there is a lot of posts, Yes! I already searched, there is plenty of info...
But i just want to ask anyone who knows for a specific setup... To make sure it works
Currently I have 215/40/17 with a offset of 42 front and back... It sticks too inside on the back.. and needs a little more in the front..
I have Teins s-tech 1.7 front 1.5 rear currently and I am planning on getting spacers..
15mm in the back 5mm in the front.. Is this good and safe with no need of fender rolling or anything?? what if i have a lot of passengers would this touch the fender??
and also I am thinking of going lower with tanabes 2.2 front, 2.0 rear... would this ok as well..
Thanks for your help...

How wide are the ET42 wheels you have? If they're 7½ and you run a 15mm spacer, it'll bring it to an ET27 application. It will sit nice & flush in the rear, but you may need to roll the rear fender lips. Keep in mind that the suspension on the Scion travels straight up & down and not inward so after the spacer is on, your should be able to judge if it will hit the rear fender lip on the way up. 5mm in the front should be fine.
