Default Adjusting your lights

I finally got my JDM fog lights installed and wired....my left side is nicely aimed high and spreads out as I wanted. My right side seems to be 'angled' down more so and is on a lower path. My question is how or WHERE is the **** to adjust the level on the fogs? Pics for reference would be great or just a nice description so I can find it easily. thanks.

For reference, my fogs are aimed like such: (drivers side)\\\\\\\\\\\_______(passenger side)

Step 1: take foglight out of front bumper
Step 2: place double sided tape in place to push light up
Step 3: put foglight back in place
Step 4: turn on lights

They are adjusted by turning the plastic thumbwheel which looks like a crown gear.

As far as the specific adjustment light pattern goes, that is shown in the OEM (not JDM) fog lights instructions. I had it once but forgot to photocopy or scan it. The JDM one don't seem to show the alignment pattern. Nobody seems to be able to provide us with the OEM instructions scan. I'm still waiting myself.

BTW, OEM and JDM fogs are identical light housings except the JDM is fully reflectorized where the OEM only has a small reflector right behind the bulb.
