I appreciate the feedback, thats what I posted this.

Well I'll be adding graphics to the xB but not for a bit - still designing them.

Gotta say I prefer the OEM. Either of the BBist ones are more distinctive, mind you, but the OEM wing looks better to me.

well the thing with the bbist ones is you don't have to add holes to your hatch, so if you take it off (to say trade the car in eventually) you don't have to get a new hatch or expensive repairs for the stock wing, or if you decide you don't like it for that matter

Thats another reason why I'm going w/ graphics instead of paint - in case something happens. Right now I prefer the Type 1 as its easier on the eyes then the Type 2 but time will tell.

I've had my type 1 on for a few years now and love it but if I could get the type 2 in the material I want I would probably switch.

I would go with the type I, but then again I have the type 2 also. lol. yeah no drilling required, but I dont think bBist has anymore of the carbon on both. I believe he as the type I in silver carbon. Yes silver carbon and a matching hood, side views and trunk handle. call him up 626-215-1515. Good luck on which ever decision you go with.

I really like the profile of the type 2 but the OEM looks like it belongs there.

also I forgot to add in, depending on where you want your car to be in the long run will depend on what wing you get. Example is like if you get a Fab kit or a Kenstyle kit, can you picture it with an OEM wing? if you arent going to crazy with the car then maybe an OEM wing would look better. to tell you the truth, the type 2 isnt really that BIG of a wing and it has a nice shape to it. You dont want to do what Ive done. Go through 4 wings and 2 kits till I found the right one that fits. Try to build it right the first try.

^ He's exactly right. Every day I think about getting the OEM wing and selling my bbist spoiler because of the imperfections in the CF. I really like the Type one now also, but I can't find it in Carbon anywhere.

i'd say OEM, although the pic you've provided doesn't really do it justice.

I have a bud who's got the bbist wing, and is frustrated with fitment and mounting issues.

Scratches on each side.

Weave line running across the end where everyone can see.

Chipped again on the inner edge.

Again, it was sent to me like this.

^^^these are also common issues i've heard of with the bbist wing

had i known about this one, i'd have done it before the OEM wing:

My understanding is that it is a stick on from an IS300
