emissions/inspection question with CAI

hey guys, i need to get my car inspected by the end of the month. i have a CAI and an axleback. There shouldn't be any problems with me passing right? Thanks

I dont think it should?
I have a short ram intake and I passed my test fine!
I think they said as long as the Check Engine Light isnt on you will pass...
